I am a polite and understanding person. Keen to detail. I take a personal interest in my learners to understand their learning needs and ability so that I am able to meet them at their level and work together to achieve their highest potential. I use learner centered methodology where the learner actively participates in their learning. I am firm and foster a learner friendly environment that allows the learner to explore and interact with content in a well planned and orderly manner. I use relevant examples in my teaching that the learner can easily relate with from their environment and beyond. I work with my students based on targets we set together and work towards achieving them. I do follow up on work given as home work and on asigments. I guide my learners and counsel when I see the need to do so. Discipline and commitment to work is very important. It leads to desired outcome. I am also a results oriented teacher. Achievement of good and excellent results is my focus. I respect and appreciate my students.
