Hiya! I’m Michelle and teaching others to master the English language is a bit of a mission in my life. I find the best way to learn any language is to read, so every session has a portion where we just read and write, in addition to grammar, syntax, vocabulary, punctuation and prononciation. I’ve had quite good results with my students taking GCSE’s, raising their scores by about 25%. I’ve also taught pre-school kids to read and write, making sure it’s fun for them so they’re encouraged to keep learning! The key helping little kids learn to read, I’ve found, is to find something they are absolutely fascinated with and teach them to read about that. It holds their attention and the acquisition of new knowledge never fails to make a child happy.

I also have experience with undergraduates improving their essay writing.
