Understanding the students' capability and interest is most important in my aspect. Accordingly, the subject concerned will be taught. Then I proceed with the rehearsing of the subject i.e taking small tests to know how well he/she has grasped the subject. Also how well I have imparted my knowledge. After few classes, when he has well versed, a final test will be given where he can show up his understanding of the subject. With this, mistakes can be corrected.
If a child doesn't make mistakes, he is not understanding properly. A mistake corrected wisely can help him grow.
Basically my methodology is to cater to the child's interest in the subject and therefore to sharpen his skills. The results will show eventually.
