I am a passionate and dedicated teacher who has 9+ years of experience working with preschoolers.
Professionally trained in Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar, I can teach children letter sounds, formation, recognition of sounds within words, blending sounds and ultimately reading with ease. I have also handled Primary children . I make sure that the children are thorough with the sounds of all the letters and diagraphs before they move to the next level of learning. I cater to the individual requisite of each student.
Have worked as a volunteer to teach English as spoken language to children of non English Speaking community in Ghent, Belgium.
I am also trained in the art of story telling and I help children improve their communication skills through story telling and narration.
I am a freelancer, willing to work as a part time personal tutor to help with phonics, for children up to grade 2.
