I wanted to help Young social work professionals with my teaching and working experience. It is my duty to share my experience to build future of social work fraternity. Since Not for profit sector has many field it is important for the students to be very clear about more on " HOW" part rather than definitions and academic concepts. I believe in participatory simple methodology of teaching so that students can digest easily and participate in the discussion. I believe, examples are best way to remember concepts. Understanding Indian context and relating the theories to the field helps students to develop understanding.
