My Name is Rupali Raut. I am not a teacher by profession, though I have always been passionate about Teaching. Couldnt make it as a full time career earlier, but now looking forward for it. I have nearly 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Have worked in corporates and also education institute, guiding and counselling students for career. I recently did a course too as a career coach to help people select a good career. I conducted tuitions at home few years back and also in the midst of my work had taken up tuitions.
I can take up any subject though right now focusing on Maths and Science. I believe I have good mentorship skills and that helps the student not only in teaching but overall personality grooming and confidence building as well. My style of teaching is fun learning and hence I can assure that students would love to have me around. One of my earlier student used to fail in all subjects almost before she joined me. After that her success was that she started passing in all the subjects and also scored very well in Maths amongst her class.
I believe that to score well, first we need to create interest of learning in the child. Once the interest is developed, the child starts putting efforts and works with focus. The result has to be positive only with this kind of approach.
I believe no one is less or more, if we have focused efforts and interest, success surely comes to us.
I am more comfortable teaching face to face and would prefer if the student visits my house than online learning. But considering the safety of the child, I am open to online teaching as well.
