I have over 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst and an Interim Scrum Master, with various organizations - including Financial, Insurance and Supply chain sectors. I have solid work experience in SDLC, JDA, Enterprise Analysis, UML, Requirements Elicitation, Change Management, Estimation, Test strategies, Sprint Planning and Scrum Methodology. I am expertise in MS Access, SQL, VBA, Tableau, Visio and UFT. I prefer to one-on-one interactive session which is fully practical oriented, so that my students will get a hands on experience as they work on a real work environment. I do provide many prototypes, case studies for students to practice themselves on various scenarios. As an added part, I do provide the training on JIRA on task and bug tracking techniques.

I have Master's in Computer Application and Bachelor Degree in Electronics. I am a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, and have Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
