As I am a research scholar, I can understand the various complexities that a student might be dealing with. I am aware with a human's vulnerabilities and so I am perfectly capable of understanding the difficulties of a student. I am good at my subjects and therefore when It comes to teaching I know my way. Students can talk to me regarding their fear of the subject without any hesitation and we can together work it out. Also, I would like the students to take things seriously and do the work that would be given by me if we would be collaborating. I don't have any problem if the student is not understanding the thing even after several explanations, I would be more than willing to make her or him understand the problem at hand till she or he gets satisfied with the argument. I like to give homework and would expect the student to 'make an effort'. I don't believe in inculcating an environment of 'fear' when it comes to teaching a student. However, I do believe that progress depends on the condition that it is not only the teacher alone who is making an effort but student herself is taking the subject and work given seriously. Hence, let's be the reason for each other's success.

    I used to teach the students of class 3 to 6 starting from history to varied subjects like hindi and English also. I also have the experience of teaching History to the students of class 11th through online mode. The medium of teaching was Hindi here. Hence, I have the experience of teaching the students in both English and Hindi.
