My passion is teaching..... First step is make the students to understand the concept clearly.., then conducted quiz, worksheets solving to improve their understanding level best in the concept. Recalling is the most important thing.. increase their confidence level to achieve the success.if the students needs presentation style of learning it also be given.. if they need some flash cards or teaching aid it should be shown in the class. Help the students to understand and memorize the concept also.. giving input and extract the output from the students is also an art.. my voice is very big plus it doesn't make the students feel sleepy.
