In my teaching method, I use a student-centered approach. I start with an assessment of understanding for every learner, after which I customize the teaching to take care of a particular identified need. I find that breaking down complex mathematical ideas into less sophisticated and manageable parts really helps students understand better. I try to cover many practical problems and real-life examples in exercises for the student's ability to apply what they have learned to practical scenarios. My intention would be not merely to tutor students to excel in their examinations but to draw a strong foundation in Mathematics from which they can benefit in future academic pursuits.
