Learning and being competent isnt an art, it requires rigorous hard work and a will to achieve things through constant perseverance.
Appropriate motivation, right direction and imbibing the knowledge by the easiest of ways is the crux of success.
My style of teaching is of free style, i mend it the way what is suitable for an individual. Having, qualified for IIT JEE myself i know how to tackle the problems in the simplest of ways.
