Hello, this is Nithish who is very passionate about sharing knowledge to others. During my course of study, I have learnt many tips from al lot of my mentors. I don't teach the teach the subject the same way to each and every subject. Learning is about psychology. So everyone has different style and way of learning. During my initial phase of interaction with student. I will mainly focus on this point. Rather than going into subject directly right from the first day because if teaching subject is the only requirement then he/she must be comfortable with college or school teachers. But they will have some problems with them. I will try to identify those problems and then start him teaching. Learning is process which everyone has to enjoy rather than feeling pressure.
