I'm Nazish Shabbir, a Professional Psychologist & Researcher specializing in Applied Psychology, Organizational Psychology, and Social Sciences. Currently doing my PhD Research Fellowship at Monash University, Australia.

With a master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology, my research focuses on "Leadership Behaviours: Psychological and Work Outcomes," and my work has been recognized in the Impact Factor Journal.

Over the last five years, I've successfully led and completed various impactful projects, including the development of the "Perceived Leader Integrity Assessment Scale (PLIAS)" and studies on topics such as workplace diversity, domestic violence, workplace conflict resolution, employee engagement, and religiosity's impact on psychological wellbeing among institutionalized elderly individuals.

Fee details

    AU$35–70/hour (US$22.29–44.59/hour)

    The charges will vary as per the nature of the work. If you need my assistance for the exam only I will charge as per hourly rate. There wouldn't be extra charges. My hourly rate will remain the same. If there's a long project then we will negotiate according to the nature of the work/project.
