Hello! I have a friendly approach towards students. I get along with students quick because i believe that one should be friends with their teacher. So that he can frankly ask questions and can clear his\her doubts without any hesitation. Moreover, i would like to mention that I do strictness when I feel its necessary because my ultimate goal is to provide you with good education. I try my best to create a good environment but students and their behavior also matters in this case.
