Every morning my dad used to wake me up very early when I was 7 year old and would tell me to meditate during which I used to sleep till he is back from running. Then all four of us (including Appa, Amma and Akka) would do yoga atleast for 1 Hour. My favourite was Mayurasana and love to do Sirsa Padasana from Shirshasana. After I joined a boarding school, I rolled into the Yoga club which helped me realising how teaching a concept is important than knowing. Our Guru, Mallikarjuna Swamy made the record of beating Asthma with Yoga and taught us the path of righteousness in midst of chaos. Currently I am a full time employed engineer, analysing critical gaps in Automotive Vehicles from system to software Safety perspective.
Recently in last lockdown I started practicing Yoga on a hill called Antarahalli Hills near my hometown Bharatinagara, Mandya, Karnataka. Anyone visiting Bengaluru-Mysore can plan for this. The heights and wind makes it whole new other world. The calmness we find in the combination of nature and yoga is invaluable.
I believe knowledge and water should never be stopped from flowing. Would be really glad to share my knowledge.
