A teacher is a responsible for preparing lesson plans and educating students at all levels. Their duties to include assignments homework, grading tests and documenting programs. Teacher must able to instruct in variety of subjects and reach students with engaging lesson plans. Teacher should encourage and motivate the to do their best and to reach their goals. If you see that the students are exhausted and there may be no point of trying to teach a very complicated topic. A teacher should need to create a feeling that all the students working together towards the same goal. This means building up trust and rapport. A teacher should enjoy communicating the students and need to understand them and should make them understand. Teacher should be able to deal their confidence. A teacher should give their students a very good feedback to motivate themselves. Many teachers discover that their love of children draws them to teaching, or that their own love of learning makes them passionate about teaching. Some teachers enter the profession because they’re eager to make a difference in people tend to remember their teachers for an entire lifetime, long after school is over. Others are inspired by a teacher earlier in their education who had a positive impact on them.
