I like teaching. I always used different approach to guide my student as I found that everyone has different learning attitude. As for recently year I always guide higher level students, I found that most of the students can't apply the knowledge their learn into the scenario given, because the do not have the sufficient knowledge to do so. Students now lack of initiative to gain knowledge by reading, So I like to share knowledge and experiences with my students. So students enjoy my class and pass with good grade.
