I am a teacher, sociologist and counsellor with more than 15 years experience in the profession.

Having tried varied teaching methods, I have come to adopt the student centred approach which gives students opportunity to air their views on any issues and makes the teaching and learning processes more interactive.

This is as a result of the fact that students/pupils are as important as teachers in the learning process. This approach really works.

Positive results of this approach I have adopted over the years have made me to stand out among my colleagues.
