I work with every child differently. Work with the utmost ability of the child to derive his/her 100 percent performance . Raise the confidence of the child not only academic but socially too. Love to work with children who are least interested, assure them that they too can reach to the top. Constant counselling is done to make the child reach the goals set by them . IEP plans are made after reviewing the strength and weaknesses of the child. Each child responds differently so the results vary as per their calibre.
