My objective is to make the best use of education to serve the student community.
The delivery of the course will be based outcomes and needs of students.
Students' will be involved in the class to assess their level of understanding.
Periodic assessment in the form of short quizzes and discussion sessions would enable the teacher to assess the student objectively and subjectively.
Focus on experiential learning will be give to those courses wherever possible.
Consultation sessions will be scheduled to clarify points to students. Recap of previous sessions will be given in each class.
Attendance will be monitored and reported to authorities as it us compulsory.
Generally high level of patience will be exhibited while discussions are on with students.
