I have been teaching since I was in class 12th. Somewhere I think that I actually born to be a teacher. It gives immense satisfaction to me if I am able to help the students in getting connected with the subject.
My students do not study the subject, they live with it. Real life case studies, supporting examples, bilingual explanations, etc are what defines my methodology.
According to me, students cannot be categorized on the basis of marks.
As a teacher, we should try different ways to make the content interesting and catchy to the students.
