The best way to teach a student is to explain the topic in his or her mother tongue with simple words and then ask him or her what i explained to you.in the end teacher must take written test what he or she understands by listening lecture. A teacher must take verbal test daily what he or she studied yesterday.the facial expression of a student tells a teacher during lecture that he or she either understands the lecture or not. If not then the teacher must explain a lecture in complete details by giving simple daily routine examples. A teacher must be friendly in giving answers of the questions which a student asks.
