In my teaching, I used to apply different methods such as discussion method, narrative method, story telling methods, descriptive etc. It was very effective and useful for the students. Encouraging students to ask questions and investigate their own ideas helps improve their problem solving skills. Encouraging students to develop critical thinking skills and retain knowledge that leads to self actualisation.I encourage my students to have a voice in the class room, ask questions when they come up, and participate actively in all conversations regardless of their level of confidence.
