It is what I would call results-oriented. Since I usually deal with students directly, I make an effort to specifically identify their objectives. What they want to do, what they hope from our collaboration, not what I want to achieve. Then, taking into account their present level of language skills as well as their personalities, I devise a detailed schedule for the whole year, along with benchmarks and assessments, so that we can assess our success on a daily basis. Then I pick my training strategies, adapting them to the plan and the student's overall purpose. I also provide students with online resources for practice and self study. I also Provide all four basic skills and prioritize them based on the topic and current requirement. I also make sure I motivate my students to work hard and achieve quality grades so that they can be productive people in future. I have strong communication skills which is the most important factor when it comes to engaging with my students. I do not have a particular teaching approach or way of communicating with learners in the class that I favor. Since, in my view, each class and each lesson are unique, and a qualified teacher must always tailor their instruction to the student, the degree of classroom discipline, the complexity of the lesson.
