I teach using student-teacher approach. Where the student is mandated to do the majority of the work with my guidance, which places the student in a position to learn faster.
Also I love giving home work on what was taught in order to further reinforce the treated topic. The teaching also comes with researching past questions for possible questions relating to the topics at hand. My style of teaching doesn't hinge on class performance alone, but generally on the SSCE exam which will in turn prepare the student for better position in the class.
