I am a committed and capable teacher with vast experience and a strong desire to attain personal and educational achievement. I am dedicated to innovative learning solutions to preserve and promote student knowledge and well-being. An inspirational coach and motivator who is trustworthy, and respects high expectations, and builds trust in students. Solutions driven, able to respond to various forms of learning. I appreciate the tasteful atmosphere and enjoy the task of overseeing a variety of workplaces and supporting educational institutions administratively. My teaching style is learner-centered and I give learners the opportunity to learn in a way of the "I do, We do, You do" style. I am able to repeat the lesson by explaining deeply to ensure that learning has occurred. I combine my teachings with practicals and activities to enable the learner to recall through actions. To increase the child's interest and create intrinsic motivation, I encourage the learner by clapping, verbally or for younger children I draw for them a star, car, or smiling face. I plan my lessons specifically with the learner in mind, and I can make them as enjoyable as possible. When I teach reading for younger learners aged 3 - 6 years, for instance, I do ensure that within three months they are able to read up to four-letter words and simple sentences, and they are also able to write the words. Through daily practices that I give learners when teaching maths, they are always able to improve and score higher because they are able to recall.
