Dear students,
I am Dr.Dhanya, a highly motivated teaching faculty working as associate professor in an esteemed dental college in kerala for the last 8 years and still continuing the profession. I am able to use various technologies which will be able to enhance the knowledge and understanding of this complex subject to students. I can easily adapt to the different learning styles based on the students i am teaching. I believe that my passion to the subject and the teaching profession can surely expertise the students approaching me for tuition. And in this pandemic situation, I prefer to take online mode. Usual teaching procedures like providing notes, giving assignments, conducting exams to evaluate the student etc., will be followed after taking each chapter, develop lesson plans for students that complied with their syllabus, incorporates both writing and revising lessons to strengthen student skills,manages classroom behavior and reduced disciplinary incidents by implementing a reward-based system and also promotes a healthy learning environment to boost student engagement and success.
