Fathima Elevating English language skills
No reviews yet

A detail-oriented English major and a learner-centered educator who sees language acquisition as a process of acquiring skills rather than a body of language.

With increased concern for how learners go about their learning task and special attention to their needs, aims, and characteristics, I approach each topic according to the immediate and long-range needs of the student, whether they require help in comprehending their topic, in preparing for exams, or in planning and executing written work. My teaching style is centered on fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment. I believe that every student brings unique perspectives and experiences to the classroom, and I encourage them to actively participate in discussions and group activities.

My methodology is based on a combination of traditional and innovative teaching techniques. I use lectures, readings, and written assignments to introduce concepts and theories, but I also incorporate hands-on activities, such as simulations and projects, to allow students to apply their knowledge in a more practical setting.

Committed to professional ethics and standards of practice, I also work hard to create a classroom atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging, and adaptive to the varied needs of students.

What makes me a great teacher is my passion for literature and language, as well as my dedication to helping students succeed. I am patient and understanding, and I strive to create a supportive and positive learning experience for all my students. I am constantly seeking out new ways to engage and challenge my students, and I am committed to helping them reach their full potential.
