THE BEST TEACHER I'VE EVER HAD
Arun Sir for me is a person who helped me build up my career. Shifting from a pure science career to a management Career , I had the daunting task of writing the GMAT. With literally no Math studies for 5 years. Arun sir instilled the confidence back in me , his interactions and methodology of taking classes makes mathematics be the most interesting subject. Sir's patience and ability to explain the concepts in a clear cut manner is a quality to behold. It's a huge honour to be his student as Arun sir truly provides the best learning experience to a student.
Spent my whole life running from Math.. Until I met the best teacher I’ve ever had.
For someone who’s been afraid of the subject, the thought of giving a GMAT was a nightmare. Until I met Mr Arun! He’s hands down the best teacher I’ve ever had. With his great sense of humour and innovative teaching method, Math became a fun prospect, no longer daunting. I used to look forward to my classes every morning, and I wouldn’t be lying if I said they became the highlight of the day. I began to enjoy Math, and concepts I’d never understood for years became crystal clear. I practised Math sums no longer out of dread, but of enjoyment. To cite an example, I used to find the topic of Permutations and Combinations terrifying and alien. After Mr Arun’s classes on the subject, it became something I thoroughly appreciated. My concepts, problem solving speed and thought process completely changed and I managed to get my desired result as well. On a scale of 1 to 10, Mr Arun’s Math class is definitely an 11. :)
Great approach to teaching
Arun makes learning math fun. The relationships he builds with his students are different from the conventional tutor-student relationship. He tried to get to know each student and tries to deliver the content in a way that works best for the students to absorb the information and understand the logic. Arun's biggest strengths when it comes to teaching are his effortless ability to form positive connections with his students as well as being extremely patient with his students and revisiting a topic multiple times to clear any doubts or reservations that the student may have.
As he rightly mentioned in his bio, math is his passion and it is clearly evident in the way he delivers his content to his students :)
