I am a mathematics teacher in a government school. I teach Grades 8, 9, 10, and 11. I do individual home-visiting classes, group classes and online classes. My methodology is creating a friendly environment with students and preparing them for their goals. I can build up strong communication and good interpersonal relations with child and ability to improve their subject knowledge to excellent situations through discussing theories and papers. Firstly, I get an idea about the child through their working and mistakes then recorrect their mistakes and learning processes. If children in good situation or he/she has good subject knowledge then I can improve their knowledge continuously. I believe, We must identity children situation. According to child's situation, We should change our teaching style for child requirments. Finally, we can hopes beautiful results from our children.
