I encourage problem solving on the part of the student . This requires my understanding the student's background, knowledge base and skill sets. I design my own content and problem sets customized to the individual student. I have taught at all levels, starting from 5th grade to PhD level students. Several students of mine have become successful teachers and research scholars thanks for the motivation and orientation they have imbibed from me. As I teach only one student at a time, He/She has the advantage of getting my full attention.
