I work to ensure that by the time you submit your assignment as a learner you have understood the concepts and content and the submission of your assignment would be serving not to check your knowledge and understanding but to evidence it. It is important to me to ensure I give full support to enable you as the learner to understand your subject area. Where ever possible we will use work based examples and case studies to show your ability to apply concepts and knowledge. My approach is one of t enabling you to immediately convert your knowledge to competency, to own your expertise and to give you confidence and gravitas when you are at work. My style of teaching is based on your individual needs as I believe learning should be fun and fulfilling not a chore and punishment. I have successfully lectured and tutored at university, at college and apprenticeships.
