I teach using the current syllabus, give assignments provided exams for my student help then tackle their difficulties and above all make them the best... My ability to be patient, understand each student, keep my cool and being able to adjust my methods and expectations i believe makes me a better teacher.
I believe every student deserves an opportunity. If we give them opportunities not being bias to the student's level e.g slow or fast learner then they will pass....I believe all students are equal..we just need to identify their weaknesses and strengths and help them at an individual level without judging them..
