I'm a teacher who believes that students own their learning journey. As such, my lessons are highly interactive with students allowed to question or offer opinions on topics of the day. I encourage research and, every once in a while, I give the students research work and projects to work on that we go through together on completion. Experience has given me the opportunity to work with different types of students.I know that some fun in class enhances learning. Student feedback through regular assessments has yielded satisfactory results, with students eventually being able to self correct, confidently present research work with pride of their own efforts. I am available to students in and out of class, should they require assistance on given assignments or a creativity boost in research work. Application of taught content to real- life issues is one of my favorite starters to ensure the students relate to what they are learning and its relevance. As a teacher of Maths and Sciences, my learning activities incorporate some ICT, Art and Music. The students then appreciate the link across curricula.

Fee details

    KSh2,000–3,000/hour (US$15.50–23.25/hour)

    Charges vary based on number of students and number of hours. A discount of 10% is given for students who will need sessions for more than 3 hours a week or if the students are two or more.,
