I am a Coach, training practitioner and Hospitality professional based in South Africa.

I have 15 years of experience in hotel operations and 12 years of experience in Learning and Development (in the hotel industry).

My hotel operations experience includes Front Office, Reservations and Food and Beverage.

My strength as a practitioner is my ability to use my extensive operations experience, and translate it in a way that is easy to interpret and retain. I have additional experience in hotel property management system training, as well as service training.
