I basically follow ABA Method for teaching students. Other than that I plan Individualized IEP plan depending upon the students needs. I sit with parents discuss about the child's problem and do assessment and plan the skills according to the needs of the child. I follow all round development for the child so in my assignment different sector's are included those are - Personal, Social, Academics, Occupational and Recreational. I prefer in building a rapport with the student so that the can communicate well. Other than that I try to make the sessions more interactive and effective so that they can develop and improve in a better way. I am one of the top scorer of my institution and have always done well in my academics. I have 11years of experience in teaching field and have always been appreciated by the parents. Lastly I want to conclude by saying that I take each and every student as a priority and do my best to make them more independent for the future.
