As a teacher, I believe that a teacher plays a crucial role in shaping the lives of the students because a teacher inspires, motivates and encourages a new generation of learners and guide them to make a positive impact in the world around them. After having 16 years of experience, I have reached on a conclusion that activity based learning has a great impact and is more effective than older ways of learning. A student can have more opportunities of learning in a "student centered classroom "than a "teacher centered classroom". So, I create a student centered classroom by giving equal opportunities of participation to every student. I make my lessons creative and interesting by using different digital tools. I also find new ways of supporting my student's learning styles. I can also cater different levels of students from beginners to higher. I taught alots of foreigner students who didn't know even a single word of Urdu but I made them not only to speak Urdu fluently but also read and write effectively. I have done IELTS for two times to go abraod for study purpose and now I'm pretty much experienced to guide, if someone is interested.
Thank you!
