Namaste! As a yoga teacher, I love to practise and teach yoga.I like helping & spreading yoga to people interested. My sessions include- Kids yoga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Traditional flow ( prananyama, meditation, relaxation, yoganidra included). I help people for flexibility, body toning, weight loss, core strength, constipation, Headache, stress & anxiety, menopause, infertility Problems, back pain, digestion, mental balance, sciatica problem, lung capacity, acidity etc. I have been working as a certified yoga teacher since 2020.
