As an educator I always believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring atmosphere in which he/she can grow and become mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. As a teacher I always try to create real world connections in the classroom in order to produce a student-cantered learning environment. A lesson become significant for a student if they believe that they will use classroom material in their future pointless and not worth their time. As an educator I always try to help students meet their fullest potential by providing an environment that is safe, supports risk-taking, and invites a sharing of ideas.
