I have been teaching English for the past 6 years. My classes are interactive where students ask more questions than the teacher. This is how i help students with pronunciation and boost their confidence. No question is a silly question, that's what i believe in. Language learning has to be fun where the minds of students keep working all the time for better grasp on vocab and phonetics. Group activities are the best way to develop interpersonal skills and boost confidence at any age. My classes are all about speak what you want to and with whom you want to. the more you speak, the more you learn.
