As an online teacher, the students concerns are very important. Regardless of what they need, a teacher should know how to handle them. I will make sure that I will meet the goals in everyday's sessions and that the student will learn effectively. I can handle different levels of students based on my experience. Though its not easy, still I will make sure that my perseverance and patience will always stay. I will make the learning process fun and engaging so that the students will not be bored and will make sure that they learn at the end of the class. Since the student's learning consent is important, I will see to it that the learning strategy that I will use is the student-centered way. I will let the students express their thoughts and ideas that are related to the topic that we have. Sharing their thoughts will help them grow as a unique individual. They will learn how to trust their capabilities. Expressing one's thought will help the learners exercise their minds and discover nee things using their own will. A unique individual has its own power and strength.
