I prefer friendly enivornment in classroom between students and teacher. So that student can share their problems with teacher without any hesitation and there should not be any communication gap between them. I prefer to learn students basics of subject before moving to the next topic. I satisfy only with the 100% result of every student. Because when giving 100% of myself I expect 100% from students too. I treat every student of my class equally without bringing the factor of favourtism and treat the students according to their mental level even in the same class divide them in different sections and assign them work according to their mental level. So that they do not feel it as burden.
