The teacher's primary role is to coach and facilitate student learning and overall comprehension of material, and to measure student learning through both formal and informal forms of assessment like student portfolios. I use "Child-Centered" Teaching method as in this method teaching and assessment are connected because student learning is continuously measured.

As a primary school teacher, I have highly developed sense of creating positive educational environments for students.
I also have an excellent experience in teaching for more than 7 years with fluency of speaking and writing skills in both English and Sinhala language.
