Every person needs a hero. Someone that will not give up on them. Teaching all depends on your students. To help them understand what is being taught, it's important to understand them. Know what they like and do not like, how to get their attention and what triggers them. Engaging them in the lesson is also very important.
I take time to study my students. I get to know the ones that need more help and spend more time helping them, not forgetting the top students. That way, the entire class gets to do good as a team, leaving no one behind. That is my goal.
