I am Hashini Miranda, a dynamic 23-year-old lecturer from the esteemed University of Kelaniya's Department of English Language Teaching (DELT) unit. I bring a wealth of passion, professional experiences, and a commitment to fostering both academic and professional English language skills. Moreover, I am also fluent in Korean and German languages making it an added advantage for my students who with to become bilingual or trilingual.

Currently serving as a visiting lecturer at BCI campus, my teaching portfolio extends beyond conventional language instruction. With a foundation laid during my bachelor's studies, where I was meticulously trained to teach English at a professional level, I have become a versatile educator with expertise in various subject areas.

In addition to my role at BCI campus, I am proud to contribute my skills at the Korean Embassy in Sri Lanka, adding a diplomatic perspective to my teaching prowess. Furthermore, I am also engaged in meaningful work at the KOICA headquarters in South Korea, enriching my understanding of diverse cultures and enhancing my global outlook.

My international exposure includes being the first Sri Lankan selected by Korea University, one of the top three universities in South Korea, for an English language teaching opportunity. During my tenure at Yongmoon Middle School in Anam, I provided quality education to students aged 13 to 22, enhancing their overall English language skills over a period of 7 weeks.

Notably, my academic achievements include securing the best results in a diploma in English Language, marking a merit pass and rewriting the institute's history. Being a multilingual individual, my extensive international experiences have not only sharpened my language proficiency but also equipped me to thrive in diverse environments.
