First of all I check the level of student and then I teach in a manner which can be best for him/her. I evaluate students on weekly basis by taking some exams which covers topics taught in that duration. JEE and NEET has some specific patterns of questions which are asked again and again, I make sure to share techniques which are used to solve questions quickly . I need discipline and sincerity from student side, if they follow what I say, I am sure they hit the exam. Because their good result is the only success for me.     It depends on the student and timing, I don’t charge hourly, I charge per session because if I have started some topic then it’s not necessary that it will be completed in 1 hr so each session can be around 1.5 hr .
