I teach in a friendly manner. Start teaching with scratch and go through with each and every detail, e.g. worked examples, derivations and more over with all past papers.
After completing a topic, I usually take test which make students comfortable with the topic.
In results of the tests I get to know their understanding level of topic and difficult areas which must be addressed.
Help them in assignments and homework.
I work with patience and keep my class lively.I have never objected if student didn't get the topic and need more clarification. Always send good wives so they should feel that they can do it. And nothing is difficult in life. In class session try to polish student skills
