കുട്ടികൾക്ക് വേണ്ട പാഠഭാഗങ്ങൾ ഓരോന്നും അവർക്ക് മനസിലാകുന്ന തരത്തിൽ വിശദീകരിച്ച് ഓരോന്നിനും എക്സാമ്പിൾ നൽകി അതിനുവേണ്ടി ചിത്രീകരണങ്ങളും നൽകി പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.അതിലുപരി കുട്ടികളെ അടുത്തറിയുക വഴി കുട്ടികൾക്ക് എഴുതാൻ ഡൗട്ട് കൂടുതലുള്ള ഭാഗം കണ്ടെത്തി അവർക്ക് മനസ്സിലാവുന്ന അത്രയും തവണ ആവർത്തിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു കൊടുക്കുന്നു. സ്കൂളിൽ ചെയ്യാൻ ഉള്ള പ്രൊജക്റ്റ്‌ കണ്ടെത്തി ചെയ്യാൻ വേണ്ടി അവരെ സഹായിക്കുന്നു. പിന്നെ ഓരോ ആഴ്ചയിലും അവർക്ക് എത്ര മനസ്സിലായി എന്ന് അറിയാൻ വേണ്ടി ടെസ്റ്റ് പേപ്പർ നടത്തി ടെസ്റ്റ് വിവരങ്ങൾ അവരുടെ രക്ഷകർത്താവുമായി കമ്മ്യൂണിക്കേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നു. അവർക്ക് മനസ്സിലാകാത്ത ചാപ്റ്ററുകൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അത് വീണ്ടും ആ ടെസ്റ്റ് പേപ്പറിലൂടെ കണ്ടെത്തി വീണ്ടും പറഞ്ഞുകൊടുക്കുന്നു. പിന്നെ മലയാളം ലാംഗ്വേജ് ആണെങ്കിൽ അത് വായിക്കുവാനും എഴുതുവാനും ഒക്കെ കുട്ടികളെ പ്രാപ്തരാക്കാൻ എനിക്ക് കഴിയും.
