I am Latha Srinivasan, (MA-Psy, M.Ed., Special Education), empathetic and caring Senior Special Educator with 27 years of experience (Worked in USA Public Schools for 7 years). My teaching career has been geared towards empowerment of students with unique needs. I have a strong passion to educate and train students with additional support and assist them blossom into well rounded, responsible, successful, and independent individuals.
My greatest strengths include excellent interpersonal skills, expertise in coordinating activities, assessing, and developing Individualized Educational Programmes (IEP's) to different levels of students with unique needs - (LD, ID, Slow learners, Autism etc) providing differentiated instruction to meet students’ needs and integrate technology in classroom instruction.
