• Collaborate with the family and other members of the student’s team to ensure that student is successful, participating and learning in age‐appropriate general education classrooms, settings, and activities.
• Provide updates to the team and school administrators on a regular basis, particularly after visits.
• Facilitate team meetings, communicate with parents, and monitor the provision of supports to the students.

• Proficient in providing “Virtual classes” – Google meet, Zoom, etc.
• Conduct parent conferences and professional development sessions for regular education teachers – SEN awareness sessions.

• Proficient in using “Unique Learning Systems” Curriculum and trained in administering SC-Alt test for students with Intellectual Challenges.

• Worked with students with Intellectual Challenges and persons with multiple handicaps, autism, cerebral palsy and learning difficulties by doing to comprehensive assessment for intensive training program where these persons are trained in multiple areas like Self-help skills, hygiene, home management, money vocations, problem solving and judgmental skills and managing them by using behavior management techniques.

• Integrated students with Intellectual challenges in NCC and NSS camps.
• Training provided in different vocations like embroidery works and handicrafts, gift bags, cardboard technology, greeting cards with aluminum foil and provided on the job coaching.
• Organized exhibitions and excursions and have been training the students in managing stalls at exhibitions to develop their business (money) skills.
• Has been a job coach in the open employment.
