I use concrete objects when teaching, however, it varies depending on the learning style of the student. I love to introduce concepts into curriculum related to life and social skills. My methodology normally gives me at lease 90% passes, however this depends on the consistency in the attendance of each student. Using everyday situations, students are more able to relate. I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic and a dedicated educator who wants all my students to be successful learners. I believe flexible methodology is the most effective way for students to learn as their learning styles are met. I employ a variety of techniques such as differentiated instruction, formative assessments and collaborative learning to address individual needs and learning styles. I am an accommodating and versatile individual with the talent to develop inspiring hands on lessons that will capture a child's imagination and breeds success. I strive to build self-esteem, improve student performance, enhance classroom dynamics and encourage understanding of cultural diversity. My unique methods of teaching for students to grasp each lesson is what makes me a great teacher.
